In order to hold a Scent Work trial in the spring of 2021, the club has a couple of covid-19 benchmarks that need to be met. AKC is allowing trial applications 30 days or before the requested trial dates. So in order for us to hold a trial on April 2-3, 2021, these benchmarks must be met by March 1, 2021.
If these benchmarks are not met in Utah, we will not apply to have the trial.
Benchmarks:
- Utah hospital ICU beds fill rate below 85%
- Utah test positivity rate is at or below 23% or trending downward
